Bethlehem Matrimonial Databank is a Publishing and Information exchange service, exclusively for the registered members of Bethlehem Center for Research and Family Development.

http://www.bethlehemmatrimonial.com/ is an additional facility provided to Elite Kerala Christian brides and grooms registered at Bethlehem. This is not an automated service. Please note that we have personal rapport and we are in regular communication with our members for Counseling, Mediator and Follow Up services.

Parents may register their wards name but you here by admit that you have the consent from the candidate for availing this service.

This service shall be used for finding a marriage alliance, exclusively for the person who’s profile is published in the system. You also agree that you will not be using the information collected from Bethlehem for any commercial purposes.

Registration is not transferable. It is valid for 6 months and can be renewed for another six months by remitting the renewal fee before the due date.

To continue the alliance search after one year, the profile should be re-registered. (Please see Fee Structure)

Registered members can send messages to other members of opposite gender only.

If the profile submitted turned out to be false, or we are unable to contact the party, at the given address, telephone number or email, we reserve the right to cancel any registration.

If you wish to avail the full services of Bethlehem, Kindly visit any of our offices where our administrators shall assist you with the registration process and follow ups. It will be significant if we can meet the candidate in person.

However, if you are away and unable to visit our office you may register your profile online. But you agree to communicate with Bethlehem regarding any matters related to the matrimonial services subscribed by you.

Bethlehem is now allowing temporary membership for limited period and limited facility only for the purpose of evaluating our services.

Online registration shall be activated on receipt of Payment, complete profile and photo. (Please see Fee Structure).

We will include the details of all registered candidates in the Website and also in the office database, albums at our centers.

We shall publish the photo and limited details in Bethlehem Monthly Matrimonial Photo Directory once.

We shall send you the monthly photo directory to your correspondence address for six months, and shall continue to send for another six months if you renew the registration.

We shall allow you to search the albums of opposite gender candidates registered in the databank and select suitable matches. You can get the full details and contact information of such candidates, only if it is matching with yours.

Bethlehem proposes alliances only at the initiative of one of the parties. You are required to identify suitable matches from the website, or from the albums kept at our offices

Bethlehem can not take the responsibility for the accuracy of the details submitted in the databank. You are requested to verify it.

We may publish your details in the various classifieds and or websites at our discretion.

The profiles submitted at Bethlehem shall be provided to other registered members with only minimum restriction.

We shall provide a confidential status for those who insist, we can provide some restrictions on visibility, but absolute confidentiality is not feasible.

We are conducting Vaivahika sangamam at different parts of the country, you are welcome to attend the same, but kindly inform us in advance. There is a fee for attending Sangamam which depends on the place and venue of the program. Sangamam schedule is published in the web site http://www.bethlehemmatrimonial.com/, and also in our publications.

Bethlehem reserves the right to modify these terms of services as and when, we consider it necessary.

We may incorporate provision for online payment using credit card. The credit card Information is submitted at the secured site of service provider bank. The privacy policy of the service provider bank shall be applicable and binding when you are using this facility.

We neither seek nor accept any commission, donation or any kind of gifts for materializing marriages through Bethlehem.

You agree to inform us as soon as the marriage is fixed so as to remove the profile from our active list.

We shall be happy to publish your wedding photo at our website or in the magazine.

You agree to comply with all etiquettes and rules regarding user conduct on the Internet and acceptable content.
