the various periodicals, such responses will be handed

HOW TO REGISTER IN BETHLEHEM ? |
Visit any
of the Bethlehem offices at Ernakulam, Thrissur, Kottayam
or Kozhikode, with 4 Post Card Size Photos and fill in
the application form and Pay the prescribed fees.
Get an application from us by post or thru email, fill
it and mail it along with 4 Post Card Size Photos and
a DD.
Use the REGISTER
NOW option. |

HOW LONG IS MY REGISTRATION VALID FOR? |
| Your Registration
is valid so long you are renewing it promptly (every 6
months), or until your marriage is fixed. |

WHY IS IT NECESSARY TO RENEW? |
By renewing we are ensuring that you are still actively
searching for the alliance.
This helps us to keep the database clean from inactive
proposals. Inactive proposals cause embarrassment to
the clients as well as Bethlehem.
The renewal fee covers a part of the cost of providing
the monthly directory. Please note that we do not publish
commercial advertisements in our directory or website.
If not renewed the directory will not be mailed to the
candidate.
If not renewed for two consecutive months we might disable
some of the services. |

HAVE NOT RENEWED FOR THE PAST ONE YEAR, CAN I CONTINUE
TO AVAIL YOUR SERVICE? |
Yes, you can
do a re-registration by paying only a part of the full
registration fee. Within one year, your data will be much
behind in the old dated albums and you are not likely
to get any responses.
We will give you a new Registration number and bring your
profile to the latest album, and to the upper numbers
in the web site. |

AM GOING ABROAD, WHAT IF I WANT THE SERVICES ONLY AFTER
ONE YEAR? |
| You can inform
us the same and we shall keep your profile ONHOLD. So
that others will not send you proposals. |
| CAN
YOU PUBLISH MY POHTO AGAIN IN THE MONTHLY DIRECTORY? |
| Yes, by remitting
the publishing fee you can avail this facility again.

WILL YOU PROPOSE OUR CASES TO SUITABLE CASES AS AND WHEN

community. It costs us to expose your profile thru our
various media. The registration fee is towards this
publishing and maintenances of the system |

IF I DO NOT GET ANY RESPONSES FROM BETHLEHEM? |
| We do not
guarantee responses. The present system generates ample
responses to a reasonably common candidate. If it does
not, we must sit together analyse and probe in to the
reasons. solutions evolved in many a cases. |

IF I DO NOT WISH TO PUBLISH MY PHOTO? |
| You will
be at disadvantage. The cases you are sending proposals
to, would like to view the photo before forming an opinion.
If it is not available the contacts will be disappointed.
Also it substantially reduces the chances to get responses
for you. It also implies wrong conclusions. |

YOU KEEP OUR PROFILE CONFIDENTIAL? |
| If you insist,
we can keep the details in confidential files. But it
blocks all standard services to you. You have to visit
our office activate the profile every time you want to
make a search. This is not recommended. |

WE DON’T WANT ANY ONE ASKING FOR THE GIRLS SHARE! |
| There should
be some indicator at some stage, so that the other party
can evaluate your financial status. Without comparing

while registering. Bethlehem will not involve in share
matters. Assessing the financial status is one thing,

system is functioning on information exchange. If we publish
that information there wont be any thing to exchange,
no new clients will come and the database as well as the
service will be a stand still. |

through our office after proper identification. (Send

We have an obligation to call the other party once,
for following up of your case. This also helps us in
keeping a track on the proposals. Besides if there is
no restriction some members might be tempted to get
the whole addresses from the database and misuse. |

IS THIS DUE PAYMENT SHOWN IN MYHOME. |
When
you ask for the contact details of cases, we will send
you the details and the service charges of Rs10 per
proposal is recorded due against your name. This will
be reflected in the MyHome of web site. You can pay
this online along with renewal fee. Or pay at the office.
