If you wish to avail the services of Bethlehem, Kindly visit any of our offices where our administrators shall assist you with the registration process. It will be significant if we can meet the candidate in person.

Bethlehem proposes alliances only at the initiative of one of the parties. You are required to identify suitable matches from the website, or from the albums kept at our offices. We shall provide you the full details with contact information of the selected candidate.

We will include the details of all registered candidates in the office database, albums at our centers and in our website.

We shall publish the photo and limited details in Bethlehem Monthly Matrimonial Photo Directory once.

We shall send you the monthly photo directory to your correspondence address for six months, and shall continue to send so long you keep the registration renewed.

We shall allow you to search the albums of opposite gender candidates registered in the databank and select suitable matches. We shall give you the full details and contact information of such candidates, only if it is matching with yours.

We may publish your details in the various classifieds and or websites at our discretion.

The profiles submitted at Bethlehem cannot be confidential. It shall be provided to other registered members with only minimum restriction.

We are conducting Vaivahika sangamam at different parts of the country, you are welcome to attend the same, but kindly inform us in advance. There is a fee for attending sangamam which depends on the place and venue of the program. However, if you are away and unable to visit our office you may register your profile online. But you agree to communicate with Bethlehem regarding any matters related to the matrimonial services subscribed by you. Online registration shall be activated on receipt of Payment, complete profile and photo. (Please see Fee Structure).

Bethlehem is not allowing free memberships. However any person seeking marriage alliance may search the website and view minimum details and photo of all registered members for the purpose of evaluating suitability and availability.

http://www.bethlehemmatrimonial.com/ is an additional facility provided to Kerala Christian brides and grooms registered at Bethlehem. This web site is not an automated service.

The house name, address and contact information of registered members are not available in the website, but maintained in a separate database at our offices. If you are making any significant changes in the profile submitted at the website, you need to inform the office by email or letter so that the changes are also made in the albums and database at the office.

Registered members can send messages to other members of opposite gender, which will be reflected in the out box of the sender and In box of the other member.

Apart from sending messages, If you wish to contact seemingly matching members of the opposite gender directly, you need to ask for their contact details from the Bethlehem office by email or over telephone or by post.

There is a service charge as prescribed in the fee structure, for this facility, which will be recorded due against your name, which shall be payable not later than the date of renewal.

If the profile submitted is incomplete and without correct address, contact telephone number and photo, we reserve the right to refuse any registration.

We may incorporate provision for online payment using credit card. The credit card Information is submitted at the secured site of service provider bank.  The privacy policy of the service provider bank shall be applicable and binding when you are using this facility.

We neither seek nor accept any commission, donation or any kind of gifts for materializing marriages through Bethlehem.

You agree to inform us as soon as the marriage is fixed so as to remove the profile from our active list.

We shall be happy to publish your wedding photo at our website or in the magazine.

You agree to comply with all etiquettes and rules regarding user conduct on the Internet and acceptable content.
